It takes time and patience to obtain the perfect flavour: selecting the ingredients one by one and balancing in the right way to obtain a specific result, requires attention, experience and skills that we optimise every day through a unique production cycle. The result is a distinctive unique flavour that's th way we can guarantee for you a gourmet gelato experience like no other.
Our flavours
Australian fruit from the states that grow it best — mango from Queensland, strawberries from Victoria — and milk from Gippsland. The list changes with the season; the method does not.
Affogato
A shot of hot espresso poured over cold gelato, the way it is drunk in Italy. It works in July as well as it works in January — which is exactly why we bring it.
Flavours made for your event
Tell us the theme and we will create and name flavours around it — poetry, music, art, the places on your itinerary. Your guests read the labels and recognise their own evening.
