Our flavours
Three are always on the cart. The rest changes with the season, because fruit does. Pick yours when you book — or let us choose.
Allergies? Allergens are listed on every flavour. Tell us anyway when you book — we confirm in writing before your event.
Our sorbets — marked DF — are made with water, sugar and natural guar gum, with no dairy ingredients added. Everything is handmade in the same kitchen, so we cannot completely rule out cross-contact with allergens. If you have a food allergy, please ask us before you are served.
Not ice cream
Compared to premium ice cream, our gelato:
- Contains less fat
- Is churned more slowly
- Has no air pumped in
- Has a more intense, natural flavour
The result is a cleaner, warmer mouthfeel and a more expressive taste — true to its carefully selected natural ingredients.
For us, quality is priceless. We use only the best products, prioritising their authenticity and their taste. We use as little sugar as we can, add plant fibres when they are needed, and never use chemical additives or artificial flavours. We keep it simple, because less is more.
This is at the heart of everything we do: more than 200 flavours in our repertoire, 21 of them in season right now, each with its own production process, built to bring out the best of every ingredient. Authentic, 100% natural gelato — no artificial additives, no preservatives.
